Who we are

Mesa ("Mesa", "we", "us") provides software for running sales organizations. This policy explains what personal information we handle, why, and the choices available to you. It applies to the Mesa marketing site and platform.

Information we collect

  • Account information you provide when you create a workspace or contact us, such as name, work email, and company.
  • Usage data generated as you use the platform, such as logins, feature usage, and diagnostic logs.
  • Customer data that operators load into the platform about their own candidates and contacts. For that data, the operator is the controller and Mesa is the processor.

How we use it

To provide and secure the service, communicate with you, process billing, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

We share information with subprocessors that help us run the service (for example hosting, communications, and analytics providers), each bound by appropriate obligations. We may disclose information when required by law.

Security & retention

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards described on our Security page, and retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, and you can opt out of marketing email at any time. Operators control customer data through the platform.
