By creating a workspace or using Mesa, you agree to these terms. If you are using Mesa on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.
You are responsible for your account, your seats, and the activity under them, and for keeping login credentials secure. You must provide accurate billing information.
Paid plans begin after any free trial unless cancelled before the trial ends. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are described on the pricing page, and usage-based packs are billed as consumed.
You may not use Mesa to break the law, send unlawful communications, infringe rights, or compromise the security of the service. You are responsible for complying with the rules that apply to your outreach, including consent and messaging regulations.
You retain ownership of the data you load into Mesa. You grant us the rights needed to operate the service. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
We work to keep Mesa available and ship improvements continuously. We may update the service and these terms, and will note material changes.
The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law, and our liability is limited as set out in your order or these terms.
